Monthly and Subscription-Based Plans:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the app until that period expires.
One-Time Purchases and Courses:
For single courses or one-time purchases, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a refund. After this period, the purchase is non-refundable.
Monthly and Subscription-Based Plans:
If you cancel your subscription within 3 days of payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining time of your subscription period. No refunds will be issued after 3 days from the payment date.
One-Time Purchases and Courses:
If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed more than 10% of the course content, a full refund will be processed.
Intensive Courses or Special Programs:
Refunds for intensive courses or special programs (like IIT JEE or NEET) are only available if requested within 48 hours of the first session. After this period, these programs are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The time may vary depending on your payment provider.
In cases where technical issues prevented you from accessing our platform, please reach out to our support team. We will review each case individually and may offer partial refunds or credits based on circumstances.
